South Africa: For users located in Sub-Saharan Africa, the laws of South Africa shall apply.
UAE: For users located in the United Arab Emirates, the laws of the UAE shall apply.
Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the respective regions.
